The food is locally sourced taking strong advantage of the Seaside proximity and the good farming We are now proud to be associated with Charleston farm only a few miles away over the Southdowns with their finest Sussex lamb and Bradford farm in Uckfield with their Aberdeen Angus beef, our sun Antoine who makes the fantastic sausages(english, toulouse and spicy lamb)

Most of our fish comes from Newhaven, Shoreham or Plymouth fisheries

Vegetables coming directly from covent gardens with Tastables

not forgetting Dave the Cheeseman!
