At the edge of the South Downs, overlooking the river Ouse is the village of Denton, and right in the centre of the village stands The Flying Fish, where Kathy and Christophe welcome you in the charms of their traditional village Inn.
 

We took the pub over Wed 11th July 2001, by Friday the blackboard was on the wall and the meals were served.Shepherd Neame voted us the best Pub/Restaurant in 2005 which was followed by a complete refurbishment.Bigger kitchen, dining area, less-able facilities and our large decking overlooking the tranquil back garden.The pub is very easy reached from Newhaven Port, 15 min from Brigthon, 10 min from Lewes, 5 min from Seaford
